Hello VJ Friends,

I am so happy for all friends whose K3 is approved. And wish lıck for all other friends...

We got K3 approved notice on 12/08/2006 and i would like to learn how will we learn whether NVC received our case? I also wonder next steps? I read guides part and as i understand from here, we will not do anything except waiting..

If you advise me, it will be appreciated. Thanks a lot..

I think you should give them a feel days and then call NVC to know if your case has an NVC case # and if they have already sent your case to the embassy. Then you call the embassy to know if they received and wait for pack. 3. I think that´s the only way to know your status but maybe other people can give more information.

05/01/07 - Another infopass, this time he talked to someone in California who said that is going to approve my case and that I'll have my card in 3 weeks.

I had my I-129F approval letter come in the mail yesterday with a approval date of 8/3/06. I called NVC this morning and got the case number but was told that they did not send it to the embassy in Morooco as of yet. I hope this helps.

Hi and congrats,

I got my approval notice yesterday cased has been approved since 8/7/06,

with a validity from 8/5/06 through 12/3/06. I called NVC 603-334-0700 pressed 1 then 5 and spoke to a person got the case numebr however they said the packet would not be sent out until about 2-4 weeks, however, if you get a nice person they will tell you if it will be sent out soon-the lady told me that it would be sent by Thursday to the foreign embassy.

I do not wish to share any information about this dead end journey.........I have reached my final destination on this train, and it is time for me to get off.
