i also got an approval NOA2 on august 12, 2010. and its going to be transfered to NVC. my question now is, whats next steps im going to take?

Congrats!! Hey thanks for posting that expedited link..I qualify for a few of them. My attorney said he attached a letter requesting expedition..I just dont know exactly what he put.

We did the K3 filing..but the attorney told me more than likely it'll go as a straight up I-130. I hope it works, I've had a lot of bullshit lawyers for other stuff in the last few years..some good some bad..so I did my homework and hired the top Immigration lawyer in Ohio. I can only hope and pray that he carries some clout and has come connections in regards to all of this. He told my wife the other day that our NOA2 should be approved around the end of September, but you never know..unless he knows something I don't. I wanna be 'home' in time before Deer hunting season is over February.

Milena, Those seem to be initial 'tickling' (:star: ) when the NOA1 sent out. So far, I was tickled 4 times :star: I am in a very early stage with the priority date of 7/21/2010 and just 1 month only passed. I have to wait another 3 to 5 more months for NOA2. Before my NOA2 reaches, you and your hubby will have another honeymoon in the U.S. I am really happy for you!

CanadianRedNeck, Touch is basically 'Last Update Date' of your case. If you have created an a/c with USCIS website with your Receipt#, you can see it.
