Hey everyone,

After a long wait and some help from Mr. J.I. from the Congressman's office, we got approved on the 16th of Aug!!! Both our petitions are being send to the NVC and we will pursue the IR1/CR1, that's why I'm posting it here! (we kinda had that IR1/CR1 intention all along ).

I just wanted to share that the USCIS didn't request any RFE or other dox for the expedition, which makes me think that it probly was (almost) our time for a NOA2.. Sooo, I'm keeping my fingers crossed for everyone waiting for their NOA2 and I hope you get it sooner than later!

Now, the NVC battle begins!

Tho we are still not sure what to do from now on with the NVC process! I'm reading the LingChe and the James's tips all morning!

ps: I got the news at 7am this morning so it still feels like a good dream I don't want to wake up from!

Even with expedited, your case took 137 days. What's gonna happen to us poor souls who don't have any reason for expedited immigration?

Well, I'm sorry to say that ALL OF US just missed the right time - like in the beginning of 2010, when the I-130s were moving super fast... Also, PRIORITY DATE is a term that is obviously irrelative to immigration processing...
