How many monthly statements should you submitt as evidence?

I have Auto Insurance, Credit Cards Bills, Bank Accounts... ETC....

How many monthly statements do people usually submit?

Or can you just submit the last / most recent statement.

Submitting the last/most recent statement will most likely result with an RFE. The IO needs to establish a timeline of your relationship, and that is done by seeing evidence that covers the entire time you have been married. The recommended frequency is every 3 or 4 months since you got the GC/been married. Yes that will result in a lot of papers, but that's how they want it.

I doubt it. When I did AOS, I hired a lawyer and he explained to me the ROC phase - he did mention that if I want to use his services for ROC, then I need to submit ALL statements of the past 2 years. I did it on my own though.

The most important concept to establish when submitting is the account number that spans the entire period of time. Usually, if you provide a statement of (for example) January , April, July, October 2008 and 2009 (4 statements per year), then if all have the same account number, that already establishes that the account has remained active throughout the entire period. I think some people just sent 2 copies per year and were just fine.

I appreciate the prompt response. When we filled for AOS and even for the I-129F and the interview at the USEM in Manila and Interview for AOS, we brought a cart full of documents.

I'd rather submit more and not need it, than not having it when you need it.

As long as you are comfortable with what you submit, then you should do so - I don't see any problems with submitting each month.
