Hi Lynny

Thankyou for the Welcome to Massachusetts Speech

Well am feeling the cold as ..As Cheryl and I went and found a Barber In Marlborough,

While I was been shown the local area on the way to the Supermarket.

And had my Head Shaved lol...

I feel it more on the back of my neck where he used a Cut Throat Razor,

To Make a straight line for my hairline  .

I will pass on your Hello to Wifee Cheryl when she gets in.

Well hoping to have my SSN # As soon as Tuesday (Temp)

The lady at the office said if I need a temp card showing it,

I could go pick it up sometime on Tuesday  .

Why is it that every American I speak to ask..

So am I saddened of the Death Of Steve Irwin

I just say Yes and change subject :reading:

And Happy Mothers Day to you and all other VJ Mothers (F)(F)(F)(F)

Welcome to Massachusetts Paul, At least the weather is being kind to you, cold at night but wait till you have survived a New England Winter and the weather we had over the last few days will seem like a heat wave to you

LOL, Steve Irwin was THE Australian icon. He replaced Crocodile Dundee a long time ago. Everyone was affected heavily with his death. I can't say how many lives he has touched through his shows on Animal Planet on TV. So many little kids were infected by his "Crikey!" term.

In any case, HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY TO ALL YOU MOTHER'S! It's my first year greeting TWO mothers! :D

Happy Mothers Day Everyone!

Paul I am still waiting for my SSN and I applied over a week ago. I also get asked about Steve Irwin all the time too..that and am I British! lol

Cheese and Kisses, you can have your blood tests to check your immunisation if you don't have your history. You could also get your STD checks done with your local doctor, Kath that's right isn't it??

Moonie sorry to hear you had such a hardtime at LAX..I was lucky when I went through but Immigration were smart A's with me when I went through JFK.

Vylex when is your wedding date?

Well I am off to see the Giants Basball Game today in Denver and the weather is perfect...Jake has taken the top of the jeep so I guess I will have big hair (like Fran Drescher, the nanny) by the time i get there  oh well who cares.

WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO P & J THATS FANTASTIC NEWS..

OHH FOR SURE IT WILL BE CELEBRATION TIME IN MELBOURNE TONIGHT...WAVING THE AUSSIE FLAG HERE FOR YA'S.....

I'M SO HAPPY FOR YOU TWO...

TAKE CARE AND CONGRATS AGAIN

KATH

Haha....thanks Kath and everyone, tis truly the first milestone in this journey to celebrate.

We have called NVC but our case hasn't arrived there yet. Will be eagerly anticipating being assigned our NVC case number and having the DS3032 and I-864 bill generated so we can email the first one and send the bill in ahead of schedule. Am about to suss out how to create the barcode as per Jame's shortcuts to assist with that.

Have finally booked the appoinment with Dr Poppenbeck or whatever his name is - start of June! The girl was so hasty that I wonder if she got my difficult work email down alright as the email hasn't come through yet.....

Hope your pharmacy job is going well Kath. :)

WOW!!!! CONGRATS!!!! On to the the next phase!!!! Now you'll have more solid numbers to count on as far as dates are concerned for completion! I AM SOOO HAPPY FOR YOU TWO!!!!

As for me, I JUST checked this morning at the USCIS site and saw a Touch! WOOHOO! It isn't the NOA2 but at least Iknow my file hasn't been lost! It's so sad that I have lowered my standards to this level LOL!

Hope everyone else is having a good day! For the US-situated folks...TGIF!!!!

Oh, one more thing to add to my post. I just received an email notice it was transferred to the CSC for processing (reason for touch). I hear they are a big Service Center so I hope it means processing will be done soon. I posted a question on the IR-1 / CR-1 forum about procedures when this happens. A member replied and said it gets queued along with the people for the same NOA1 date. Since Poi_n_J and I have close dates as far as NOA1s are concerned, I hope it means that it will be processed within this month *FINGERS CROSSED*.

lol.. Vy, these situations have a way of lowering our expectations aye...

I would have thought you'd have been transferred before as I didn't think Nebraska or Vermont were processing CR-1/IR-1 at all. Fingers crossed they realise your NOA1 date and put you top of the pile.

I have a question: which one are we CR-1 OR IR-1....? It never really specified that I know of but to do the shortcuts I'm gonna need to put one of the other when I'm messing around with the barcode.

Our application is for a CR-1 (Conditional Resident = married less than 2 years). Yes, my expectations are mixed. Part of me is glad it wasn't filed away in a closet and lost, but part of me is like what now? Does it start over again like I just filed it yesterday in California? It seems a bunch of others were also forwarded to the CSC. In any case, I am SOOO HAPPY FOR YOU! I hope ours follows shortly. I want to make sure they have everything they need and no other issues arise. The waiting game sucks sometimes.

Lyndel, our (2nd wedding LOL) date is August 18th. :)
