ohh read in our local paper about citzenship ceremony that was recently performed...and they named the people and which country they came from..and low and behold ..there was an auusie lol..i nearly fell off my chair lol

My Aussie is visiting me on a tourist visa this week. We are waiting for NOA 2 for the K-1 visa. I told him to gather a bunch of supporting materials showing ties to Australia. Please pray that he doesn't get turned away at customs!

Hoping your other half will make it through Immigration ( should be ok though)

I don't foresee a problem there at all

And Kath ... We are all Australians...

Just because Adelaide is a better/nicer/Cheaper place to live,

We have NO Tolls to pay B) ,

We don't need Innoculations to go from say..

Melbourne to The Docklands ..

And Unlike our boats here we don't need Mud Flaps on our boats,

because we don't have the Yarra River ..

Ok let the mud ( Yarra) slinging begin

As for packing stuff up...how can one person own so much junk?? My advice folks is start cleaning out your junk now cause when you start to pack up it's a lot when it's all in the one room and you are trying to put it in boxes.

3. I started Cleaning out my stuff just after Xmas 06,

When I moved from my own place and moved in with my Brother.

I went from a One Bedroom Unit to a BEDROOM @ my Brothers Place.

Sold some stuff gave away the rest of it.

All I have left to Sell Is My Ford.. want to sell it A.S.A.P..

Hi Paul, I actually started cleaning out stuff in April 06 too, yeah Ok i guess it's a girl thing lol. I am also in one bedroom at my parent's place and still have about 4 boxes in storage to go and that's it...thank god!

I really hope you sell your Ford soon, selling the car was the thing that worried me the most!

My tongue is healing up well now. Am still on baby food though.

You must be getting close to your interview. Have you got all your paperwork in order? You will be fine, it's easy just stressful preparing.

Good luck for your interview Hamster... i cant wait until its my turn!!

Also, i have made a time for my police check for this tuesday even though i'm still waiting for my packet 3. Is that okay? I read somewhere that some countries wont allow you to do the police check unless you have the letter from the consulate.

I booked in to do my police check before I recieved Packet 3 also. It was fine and also lucky I did cause I had to wait 3 weeks to get it!
