The only thing I sent was the I-130 form, our marriage certificate, his birth certificate and my birth certificate. This is all, no other evidence at all and by no means any pictures or cover letters. Our I-130 approval took too long because I was not a citizen. THe month I got my neutralization certificate and after I upgraded my petition, within 1 week I got the approval. So if anyone knows, which embassies are high fraud, does it include Tirana, Albania.

Pls my wife is 50 am 30 is that gonna be a problem for us and pls we really need someone to put us through how to go about the paper filing my wife came to Ghana and we got married then and that is 2 month ago now and we have not still been able to file anything and its really kind of hard on us. Somebody help

The age difference can be an issue, but the circumstances of how you met are also taken into consideration. How did you meet? How long have you known each other? Do you have any cousins, or other family members in common? Has anyone ever filed a petition for you? That is the kind of stuff the consulate looks into.

We met since I was 16, young love, then I came in the United States. After one 1 year in here I found him in a chatting site, then everything was back again, we were still like the first day we met. After 2 years I went for vacation in my country, Albania ,and met him , but my parents or his parents knew nothing of this. THen in 2008 I went with my parents and everything was official, we got engaged, and also married. I have been visiting him in 2009 and 2010 and lived with him. He is 4 years older than me. Well I described it all in here, thats how we are where we are, totally in love. Our wedding wasnt big though. In 2008 and 2009 I had too family deaths, and by tradition we cannot have awedding within a year, but it was decent with a few people. So how does this sound, my only concern is that we are young, he is 26 and I am 22. I meant two as in 2 family deaths

That's good. Otherwise I would have needed reams of fine stationary paper to describe my asset. Edited by IndigoSkies
