1000 pages? Yes, that is too much

Make your petition easy to approve. They won't read 1000 pages.

Focus on primary evidence. Trips to visit each other, maybe some pictures of your wedding, etc

Good luck

Mine was about 3 inches thick - http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=218775&st=0&p=3324240&hl=Rusticentry3324240 but that included photocopies of divorce decrees, also. The 'chat stuff' was only 1/2 inch, showing 2+ years of convo.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

You mean you didn't include samples of your urine? Did you at least two vials of blood? What about completely sequenced DNA from both of you? Video of you having sex?

I kid! I kid! But seriously, I have seen many people file their I-130 with the bare minimum of documents. They didn't include any photo, or cover letter, or any affidavits. They got their approvals just fine and in time. I know one person personally who took wedding picture with him to the interview at embassy.

I just find it so odd and Orwellian that people are willing give up your personal, intimate details to government. Sure you could share a log of you chat or phone calls; but, will you actually share the chat itself and the call to a random stranger in USCIS?

I didn't sent any picture, affidavits, etc with my I-130. Just the required document. I don't expect any trouble. However I would be quite surprised if I get an RFE for not sending pictures or any of the said materials you all have included in your file.

Well i am not sure but we did not send any proof either right from the start and we go that RFE, take a look, it is horrible and they want you to submit everything included in it, i hope you dont get one like this one, took us almost two weeks to collect all the information

Hey - calm down a bit, the lot of ya ;)

Remember, You should really have some sense of that Embassy, prior to making the I-130 submittal, and of the two of you.

For example -

Canadian n American, young couple under 30, no previous marriages or children, interviewing in Montreal - HEY ! not need so much, as Montreal isn't considered a high fraud interview post.

or

Morroccan male, age 25, and American female, age 45 with prior divorce and 2 kids, interviewing in CasaBlanca - WHOOSH ! they 'fit the profile' for closer evaluation, this 'type of Union' gets super-scrutiny at CasaBlanca, sometimes to include Foreign Spouse 'house visits' and 'telephone interviews with his family and friends' and a mini-stokes interview on interview day.

So, the 'relationship pile' really is relative , both to YER BACKGROUND and WHERE THE INTERVIEW will be. There are other permutations, sure, there are other red flags that can pop up - but HEI ! Be Aware !!

Also remember - yer 'bonafide marriage evidence' pile is a 'living document' - it grows over time, ya?

So what you have 'available' on I-130 submittal day, is not the same amount that you have on 'Interview Day at the Embassy', which is not the same amount that you have for yer pile submitted for the 'Removal of Conditions' filing. WHEW !
