e-mail after one year?!

I received this email today a year after i recieved my greencard and I have no idea what they are asking: "DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS E-MAIL ***

The last processing action taken on your case

Receipt Number: MSCXXXXXXXXX

Application Type: I485 , APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Your Case Status: Post Decision Activity

On August 27, 2009, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.."

Has anyone else received something like this? Is this an automatic email sent a year after approval or are they really requesting something?

07/13/2007--Check cashed.

07/14/2007--Noa-1 arrived in Clint´s house ( Miami ).

11/29/2007--Noa-2 ( by e-mail ) -- After 154 days

I-129F

07/17/2007--Sent I-129F to chicago.

07/23/2007--Noa-1 arrived in Clint´s house ( Miami ).

08/13/2007--Just a mail arrived in Clint´s house tell they transfered our case to CSC.

11/29/2007--Noa-2 ( by e-mail )-- After 135 days

12/21/2007--nvc received!

01/07/2008--embassy received

02/19/2008--interview date!! APPROVED!

02/22/2008--Visa in hands!

02/26/2008--arrived in USA.

03/06/2008--Sent I-765

03/10/2008--Noa-1 arrived in our house.

04/02/2008--I-765 approved

04/09/2008--EAD in hands!

04/10/2008--My husband and I decided take a year vacation of forms, fee, etc...and have a real marriage!

AOS (Finally!)

04-24-2009 - Mailed AOS package

04-29-2009 - AOS package arrived, signed for by N. Brownn

05-04-2009 - Check Cashed

05-07-2009 - NOA'S arrived in the mail.

05-14-2009 - Biometrics letter received

06-02-2009 - Biometrics Appointment

05-27-2009 - Biometrics Done ( Walk-in )

08-20-2009 - Interview - approval after one question!

09-29-2009 - GC delivered!

Sorry, is some bad juju inside the computer systems, brought on by poor programming practices.

They (USCIS/DHS) have been attempting to fix 'it' these last 2 years - this letter you've gotten, is a result of the latest 'fix'.

Don't sweat it, at all .

If I was the one receiving it, though, I'd absolutely Print It Out on Colorful multi-hue paper in dazzling Fonts, put it in a picture frame, and hang it up somewhere in my bathroom. But that's just how I roll, I absolutely loathe data systems that are run by the governmentz.

We got ours a year and three months late. Up until that time USCIS case status showed pending. We never got notice of approval or a welcome letter. The green card just showed up one day. I even called USCIS once and asked "do you even know my husband was issued a green card by looking at your records?" She said not all adjudicators are doing their job and updating the case status like they are supposed to. I guess somebody pulled up the list of long overdue "pending" cases and are sorting it out..
