This is what happen,when i file the i129 i never send pictures because when i came back from africa at the time,my pocketbook was stolen at the mall and i had all my photos in my cemara at the time.uscis appoved my case with other prove i had besides the photos and uscis did not asked me for a police report,but it was reported to the police at the time.my concern now is the embassy,so i got the police report and faxed it to my fiance to add to the other evidences we have,because we don't have pictures.will it be any problem at all.pls give views.thank's.

Nobody can predict this. Pictures are supporting evidence at an interview. A consular officer is free to ask for any supporting evidence they wish. You may get lucky and they may not ask for any pictures. On the other hand, if they DO ask to see pictures then your fiance is going to have to explain why they don't have any. The consular officer can draw any conclusions they wish from that.

For others reading who are still planning a trip abroad to visit their fiancee or spouse - sh*t happens! You could lose your memory cards or they could become erased. Foreign customs or law enforcement officials could seize your camera if they believe you might have photographed something you weren't supposed to photograph, like a military installation. Your camera could be stolen. Take precautions! Every night when you return to your hotel, or wherever you are staying, make backup copies of your photos, and send email copies to yourself.
