Hi,

I have two questions about the form 1-485

1. In part 2, do I check a or b? I am applying for Permanent Residence through marriage to a US citizen.

2. In part 1. I came as a student and am currently working on OPT. My OPT expires in Sept 2010 and my student visa expired in June 2010. So do I use the visa expiation date or the OPT-EAD expiration date.

Thanks!
