Displays like this:

/Acceptance/ Initial Review/ Request for Evidence/ Request for evidence response review/ Testing and Interview/ Decision/ Post Decision/ Oat Ceremony/ Card or Document Production/

shows like this before you enter the case number.

But in our status I wonder why it's displays like this?

I-129F:

Acceptance / Initial Review/ Request for evidence response review/ Decision/ Post Decision/

and our case current status is still on the RFE response review but theres some stage of processing procedure is missing like the Testing and Interview, I am confuse why the next stage of proceduce is gone? anyone experienced like this? Please guys I need your idea about this matter.

and our Case current status in

I-130 shows like this:

Acceptance/ Initial Review/ Decision/ Post Decision/

current status is still on Initial Review, there's something is missing?

July 29th this year our last status touched , until now we are still waiting the result of our NOA2.

Anyone who experienced like this? is this a normal processing procedure online status? ..

Hope and pray God will Gives us positive result.. Please Lord God help us ...

Have you received the RFE from the I-129F? What is the date on the I-129F 'last updated' so you can see when the RFE was issued.

Sadly, him being 'white' doesn't have any impact on your process

However, I'm sure your husband could contact his congressman to figure out what the huge delay is. The expiration date of the RFE only really applies to when you return to the documents. Since you seemed to have met the requirements for that, you should be fine

Good luck

Thank you for the reply,.

My husband hired a lawyer to help out , but seems the lawyer slow on this matter.

RFE is that the request for evidence right?

That request for evidence my hubby submitted it for them and they recieved it on April 2010. We are hoping everything is fine . I really surprised in our case status online "The Testing and Interview" stage of the process procedure are gone. I don't know what doest it means and why they removed as it is the system of online checking status.

USCIS 'online status page'

has changed - major revamp recently.

So 'what you saw' previously, not same for 'today'.

It doesn't affect your two casefiles, at all.

Suggest you suggest to your USC Spouse to contact USCIS and get exact, current case status.

If more than 180 days at USCIS, have yer USC Spouse engage with 'Immigration Liason Staffer' at the US REP or US Senator's office (this takes some time, though, cannot 'inquire' via one phone call) .

I wish I could tell you something more, but after studying yer timeline at http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=87269 , I am very stumped for 'initial date of receipt notice' on the I-130.

Usually, though, if any RFE for the I-129F, the I-130 is 'held', as the two casefiles are magically joined together at USCIS.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

We are dealing too much pain waiting this to be completed and done well. But nothing happen yet. Everytime when my hubby call to them they were always say's after 45 days we will receive an answer, but those days already over, 60 days + 45 days is already over, and now they give another days sayings after 14 days on Sept. 1 , 2010 is another date they given us,. it's really confusing and very painful why they keep saying but they did not do anything to progress on it, and the last date they said after 20 days on this coming Sept. 15th 2010, we are a human being couple. We don't really know what they want. They should say so, not to hang up the petitioner to wait for so long. Again it's really hurt for the couple married not living in a one roof. Hope they feel it!

you must realize, accept, and understand -

that the 'first human' at USCIS, on each phone call -

is a contractor.

They don't know anything about your case, they see the same portal data that you do.

Once you realize, accept and understand this 'problem' -

then maybe, you can train your husband to ask for 'immigration specialist' for that next phone call into USCIS.

Good Luck !

Just a few reasons why to go with the CR-1. If you are eligible for a IR-1 then you would be nuts going with a K3!

The K3 has to adjust status which cost $1010 + $131 visas application fee.

Have to go thru the cost and hassles of getting a I-693 also.

K3 normally has to do biometrics and have a AOS interview. Time off from work cost the petitioner. PLUS the hassles of submitting the paperwork and going for the interview. Tain’t fun.. Especially if denied or questioned. Ever done a Stokes interview?

That’s the second interview if they are in doubt of your relationship.

Also a possibility of being deported. Yeah doesn’t happen much but it happens.

K3 has to wait about 90 days after they file to get EAD or GC so they can get SSN and be able to work.

CR-1 can work as soon as they get the GC and SS card in the mail. Normally with 6 weeks.

Can’t do a LOT of things without SSN. Like work or get a drivers license in some states.

Some K visas don’t get GC for a LONG time.

If petitioner goes belly up before you get GC you stand a chance of being deported.

If the petitioner loses his/her job after the interview you don’t have to worry about getting a co sponsor to adjust status!

CR-1 cost about $470

Get their GC and SS card in the mail within 6 weeks of arrival.

No biometrics , dealing with civil surgeons, AOS interviews, going to SSA for SS card.

I’m sure I’ve missed a few things.

Bottomline is anyone that goes with the K3 the way things are now are masochist!

Yeah I did but at that time K3s were a LOT faster. That’s not the case anymore.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!
