Hey guys! Hope everyone has been well here. It's been a long time since I've posted here; life has been crazy lately. I'm on holiday now visiting my husband's family in BC. We're taking a trip to Victoria sometime this week and I am DYING for a donair. Anyone know of a good place to get one there? Where I am now is close to Courtenay & Comox, so if there are donair suggestions there, I will take them too Normally, we spend a few days in Vancouver before heading to the island, so I get my donair fix there. This time, we flew directly into Comox.

Hey Autumnchik! You're at my old stomping grounds!! Your husbands family from there? I grew up in the Valley!

Try Yummies $ Gyros Cafe. Hard to explain where it is, (unless of course your husbands knows where it is)It's up Puntledge Rd. across from Lewis Park. Or at least it was, unless of course they moved. They've been in town a long time and popular.

And if you want a good burger or great Chinese food, you gotta go to George's Food Bar!! I'm pretty sure they're still open.

Thanks for the suggestions I saw a sign for Yummies today actually (this was after we had eaten lunch already). My husband's family lives on Denman Island. They are having a 50th wedding anniversary party and we are in charge of buying supplies, so we were shopping in Courtenay today.
