Congratulations and good luck!

I have a question, what do you mean by "02-24-10 - NOA1 Receive “receive date 02-11” “ Notice date 02-22” ? What correction did you do?

USCIS journey
07/30/2010 I-130 sent
08/13/2010 NOA1
11/02/2010 Transferred to TSC
01/13/2011 NOA2 (approved in 5 months and 2 days since NOA1)
01/21/2011 Received hard copy of NOA2
USCIS journey completed in 155 days [165 days since priority date]

02/08/2011 TSC shipped approved petition to NVC

NVC journey (after 1 months and 5 days since approval)
02/17/2011 NVC case number assigned & invoice number given
02/18/2011 Emailed DS-3032
02/23/2011 Paid AOS
02/24/2011 DS-3032 accepted, received confirmation email.
02/24/2011 AOS fee marked as PAID
02/25/2011 AOS package sent
02/25/2011 IV fee invoiced and paid
02/28/2011 IV marked as paid, IV package sent
03/15/2011 SIF!!!
03/16/2011 Case complete!
03/25/2011 Interview date assigned

how did you know that you got already your interview date? Cause mine Im still waiting.. my case completed august 10....

hi condz,

were the same i got case complete august 10, but its only 4 day's i received an interview date already, why dont u call the nvc why u havent received an interview date until now. hope u had an interview date already when u read my message.

Congratz.. I am happy for you.. I am too much upset now cause we have the same date of completed case and I haven't yet received my email when w :crying::help: ill be my interview....

yeah until now I haven't yet received any email... :crying::help: I already called them and it is the same, they ask me that my case is already forwarded to the US Embassy Manila and I should depend on the consulate and they can't answer my question about it... :crying:

check ur spam email might go tru there!!! or call the NVC and get a human!!!

My Wife USCIS Journey

02/09/10 - send I-130

05-12-10 - got an email says Approve. !!! yehey!!!!!

05-14-10 - NOA2 Hard Copy Receive

Your I-130 was approved in 90 days from your NOA1 date

`~ Wife NVC Journey ~`

05-17-10 - got NVC CASE# and Took our E-mail addresess

05-19-10 - DS-3032/AOS fee bill Receive

05-19-10 - Send DS-3032 via E-mail

05-21-10 - AOS fee bill Show as PAID (Print Cover Sheet)

05-22-10 - send AOS via USPS EXPRESS (ds3032 also By mail)

05-26-10 - DS-3032 Accepted

06-11-10 - RFE Missing bank statement

06-17-10 - Paid IV bill online (inprocess)

06-21-10 - IV fee bill Show's (PAID)

06-22-10 - Mail in AOS RFE & DS230

06-24-10 - AOS RFE & DS230 (deliverd) 11:24am

08-10-10 - Sign In Failed

08-11-10 - AVR says my case is complete!!!!!!

08-15-10 - receive email from NVC Interview date sept3

08-18-10 - do medical complete

09-03-10 - interview APPROVE!!!!!

My Daughter USCIS Journey

03-01-10 - Sent I-130

06-28-10 - APPROVE!!!!!!

DAUGHTER NVC

07-11-10 - Got Case #

07-25-10 - Paid AOS Sent ds3032 VIA email

08-25-10 - Paid IV bill

09-02-10 - Sent AOS & DS-230 VIA FedEx Overnight

09-03-10 - delivered @ NVC

09-08-10 - @ NVC system

hi condz,

why dont u call the embassy here in manila ask them why u havent received an interview date until now, u supposed to have an interview already just like us who had case complete the same as your's and we got sept. 3 interview.
