Good morning all,

thank you all for the well wishes.

Well I just spoke to someone ( was I am excited I have forgotten her name)well she informed me that the K3 is at the NVC and it should be sent off by Thursday. I can't believe it :dance::dance::dance::dance: , my bossed just poped in his head to see if I am alright I am :dance: :singing: :lol::crying::lol::crying::lol::crying::dance:. OMG I can't beliee it after waiting so long I am finally gonna have him here- jumping before the gun.

I have a question now:

Seeing that my K3 is already about to be sent off and I have not even begun the first prcoess of seding back anything to NVC in realation to the CR1 and even more so I really miss my husband :devil: in you opinion would it be wise to go the K3 and the ajust here? I am in the process of tryingto figure out so can you all just give me your opinions please?

If it were me I would bring him here, But I have been without my hubby for so long I would do anyhting to bring him here.

Maybe someday MSC will rember they have my case and approve it

I just couldn't believe my eyes today, after I got home and checked the mail there it was the only envelope in my mail today. I am :lol: :lol: :lol: and :crying: :crying:.

But wait. We just realized we can't live the bachelorette life much longer and have some serious house cleaning to do before hubby gets here. When's the last time you vacuumed?

Okay, reality. I too am weighing AOS vs. going back for I-130 interview. There are pros and cons, and a lot depends on processing times at your local office. I checked New York City and they're handling I-485s dated in July. That's not bad when you compare it to Newark, NJ, which is still stuck in February. No Jersey jokes, please. Let's have another Red Stripe!

Girl you are such a comic relief :lol::lol: :lol: To tell the truth I am more of a Guiness and milk kinda gal. With a couple M&Ms and maybe a snicker bar ( can you tell I am a Phat Madame)

Well it takes about 30 days to get an interveiw for the visa so I figure

* another 2 weeks to get it to Jamaica ( even though @ the NVC I was told the petition would be going out THursday)

*Get my husband to pick up packet 3 once it arrives there @ the embassy and return it the next day ( am gonna fax the completed DS-230 pt 1)

* wait about 3 weeks for packet 4-which will have the interveiw date.

so the K3 is looking like another month to 2- dang that is a lot.

The CR1

*await the generating of DS-2030 get him tosend it back---------------- 1 month

*get the IV fee bill and AOS and return it----------------------------------another month

*go through security check--------who knows

*send to Embassy ---------------------2-4 wks

*wait on packet 3--------------------------

*wait on packet 4 with interveiw---------------------------

I guess I am definatly going with the K3 for now and then just adjust after. How long can you keep procrastinating on the I130 for?
