K2 AOS

Hi Everyone We are sending our AOS next week and I have some questions regarding my son's AOS. He is 9 yrs old and arrived in US on a K2 visa. I am sending his AOS along with mine, we came together and I am on K1 visa. I got a list for K1 AOS but for K2 here are my questions:

1. Do I have to submit a separate I-765 for him for him to get a SSN?

2. Do I have to submit a separate I-131 for him? Or is it automatic if I am granted an AP he is given the same priviledge since he is my derivative?

Also, is it ok to make 1 check amounting to $ 1,610.00 for mine and his AOS?

We'll I didnt got any reply from my below query so I just followed what I think was right based on other memeber's experience

I didnt submit I-765 for my son on a K2 visa to get his SSN since they have told me in SSN office that I could get his SSN once I receive my work authorization from DHS which is the EAD

I submitted I-131 for him just in case... I am not really sure but its better to have more documents than get an RFE

Plus I have sent 1 personal check for the total amount of USD 1,610.00

I have sent the AOS package on 19 Aug 2010 and received by Chicago Lockbox on 20th Aug 2010 but till now no NOA have I done any mistake? Hope not. Last thing I need is a RFE, I really need to get my EAD soon so I can start working and help husband with the expenses
