Hi everyone. I'm Kassie...short for Kasandra, but I only get called that when I'm in trouble :D

I'm the USC (So. Cal), my other half, Craig, is from Southampton, England. We met almost 8 years ago in a Sony chat room. I was 14, he was 16. I wont go into details how we started talking cause its a tad bit embarassing on my end :blush: I will say though that its been 13 months today since I've seen him :crying: I'm hoping to be with him for his interview though, so...keep your fingers crossed! I just need to find a cheap flight, so if you have any suggestions!... :)

I have to apologize for being so anti-social this past...oh my goodness...almost a year. We've had a bit of trouble with our visa process and coming on here was just a sad reminder of the long road ahead. Not a good excuse, I know :( So, again, I'm sorry. I've been reading the posts on here and even posting a bit myself, and I have to say, people on here are much nicer than a few of the forums I've posted on previously. Not to mention everyone on here has helped me so much already. I wish I'd come on here long ago. I think it would have made the process more bearable having people to talk to.

Hopefully this is the last leg of our K-1 process. Just a couple more months to go. I know there is a ton more after that, but I'll just be happy when we're finally together again.

Ok, so I hope that wasnt too long and boring :)

K-1/K-2 AOS APPROVED IN ATLANTA MAY 17, 2006

10 year GC Approved - APRIL 16th ,2009 - Peggy and Jonathan's......

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.

April 07 - INTERVIEW DATE ~APPROVED!~

April 08 - CR1 VISA IN HAND!

April 29 - Husband arrives in Malaysia

May 04 - Flew home together!

May 24 - Green Card arrived in mail box

May 27 - Re-applied SSN

June 06 - SS card arrived in mail box

~REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS~

02/06/07 - I-751 Mailed to TSC

02/08/07 - TSC received my case

02/12/07 - Checks Cashed

02/14/07 - Receipt for Biometrics Fee Received

03/01/07 - I-797 NOA Received, Green Card Extended 12 Months

03/02/07 - Biometrics appointment received (for 03/13 at 2:00 PM)

03/13/07 - Biometrics taken in Dallas

03/15/07 - Touched

12/04/07 - Case Approved - Card production ordered

12/07/07 - Approval notice sent
