This morning I received 3 E Mails that were exactly alike that read :

Application Type: I129F , PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Current Status:

On August 12, 2006, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence

or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what

additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what

is required, or if 30 days have passed and you have not received the

notice. Please contact the service center where you submitted your

application during business hours.

If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case

status results listed above, or if you have not received a decision or

advice from USCIS within the projected processing time frame*, please

contact the National Customer Service Center.

National Customer Service Center (800) 375-5283.

*The projected processing time frame can be found on the receipt notice

that you received from the USCIS.

*** Please do not respond to this e-mail message.

Sincerely,

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)

So why 3 of them? Does anyone know what this means? I hate to sound like a retard, but I am a bit baffled with getting 3 of the same mailings at the same time.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Sadly, you are getting another RFE. Sorry to hear that. What sort of evidence did you send?

They always send three e-mails. Perhaps to be sure that you get it.

You are getting another RFE for additional information that they require, or else it could be that they need originals instead of photocopies, or something like that.

Don't panic about the multiple e-mails.... every time we got an email about anything at all, we always got multiple ones saying exactly the same thing. Even our approval emails were multiples, as well as the Welcome to America letters.

Good luck.

Thanks you guys. I kinda figured it was something to do with wanting more proofs of something. It's ok, I really did not expect our case to go smoothly , and for personal reasons I dont want to explain why.Ijust thought it was odd to get 3 E mails that were alike. Good Luck to you who responded to my question. I pray your cases get approved pronto !
