Evidence of a Bonifide Marriage???

I wanted to be safe so I included the following with the I-130 application:

1. Marriage Certificate.

2. Wedding Pictures

3. Pictures of us together & with family members.

4. Copies of receipts of money transfer via Xoom

5. Boarding passes (domestic flights in The Philippines are not stamped on your passport).

6. Receipt for hotel rooms where we stayed during our honeymoon.

7. Receipt of gifts I sent to my wife via/purchased online.

8. Receipts of items I sent via LBC

9. USPS receipt of items I mailed to my wife.

10. Pages of text messages.

11. Pages of chat messages.

12. Telephone record logs.

13, Chat & text message logs

14. Credit Card statement page showing her as authorized user.

She will have all that evidence & also everything other evidence that will accumulate to take with her to the interview.

hi all

Im getting married next week in europe.

I understand that if i apply for my spouse from US i can use IR1 visa.

BUT...

How do i get Evidence of a Bonifide Marriage ???

I mean,im in US ,she is in europe, we are separated for now, how we can have joined property or bank account? Or anything else.. Its impossible.

Can someone explain me please if im missing somenthing here...

There is a difference between IR1 and CR1

If you are just getting married,.. then after the marriage you can apply for CR1.

IR1 applies when you have been married with your spouse for over 2 years.

Get your marriage Certificate as Primary document. Get couple of affidavits from third parties who attended the marriage as secondary document. That's it!

Then over a period of time, collect phone history, chat logs etc. and those can be produced at Interview time with your wedding and and other pictures.
