Hello Again,

How can I track the activity on my I-129F petition? I received confirmation from Fed-Ex that our petition was received/signed for on July 31th at NSC (no NOA 1 yet). But how can I check if it "touched" etc.. later on in this wonderful waiting game?

Also, why were we not just asked to send our petition to CSC and not to NSC, since all they will do is forward it to CSC?

Last thing, how are people getting approved when the Service Centre's website is showing no action (i.e. it is stuck at Mar. 06, 2006)?

Many thanks!

You neet your receipt number to track your petition activity. You need to wait to get your NOA to get your receipt number. It's a vicious circle :)

Website has been stuck at March 2006 for a while now. Who knows when they will update it.
