My USc wife of 4yrs is refusing to attend the interview with me,What options do i have,do i still attend alone with my attorney and our two kids?

No way. Not for an AOS interview. Your wife MUST attend or you will be denied. The whole reason they require the USC spouse to attend is so that they can verify the marriage is bonafide. If she doesn't attend, they'll have no choice but to conclude that it's not.

Why on earth would your wife bother to sponsor you for AOS and then refuse to attend the interview?

Does she understand this is sabotaging approval? Her reasons are not made clear in your post, but the officer interviewing is going to demand to know why.

If the marriage failed, then you need to be applying yourself. If the marriage was entered into in good faith, then you can still get adjusted status on your own. But doing it this way is guaranteed disaster.

The last poster asked the right question. Why would she sponsor and then not attend the interview. One possible answer is to sabotage the AOS in order to result in you having to leave the country.

There is no way to AOS without the co-operation of the USC petitioner because of the I-864 in play.

The OP is AOS-ing, not applying for ROC (for which one may self-petition).

Thanks for correcting me. This was not removal of conditions.
