I'll add you to the I130 list once you get your NOA1 - that's the date we use to keep track. If you decide to file the I129F, then I can add you to this list too

well i guess the touch was a tease. im going crazy. i think uscis wants me to hag my self or something. they are so unfair, they dont help when I call and ask for answers. I have made yet another inquery for out of processing time I just wish to move on like the rest of you.

if they are going to send and RFE i wish they would send it, why do they like to see people suffer yet make others real happy with approvals faster than lightning speed? good bye every one I dont think i will be very active in posting as vj is causeing me more harm than good. every time i come here i see approvals and its great but my heart just wants to die when i see people that applied in january already approved and it only took 34 days.

Hey dip sticks - I think a touch is better than nothing. It seems like you are very close though! Keep your head up as tough as it is. It will happen for you. It will happen for us all eventually.

I just applied for the K-3 this month and received my NOA1 on the 26th. They say its currently at MSC. Would it help if you added me?

Ok. Its great seeing K3 approvals everyday. But all of them are those who sent old I-129F and got, and responded to IMBRA RFE. We must figure out now, how many pre-IMBRA applicantions are still pending. This may tell us when will they start working on new I-129F forms.
You can help us by either updating your timeline, or using this thread to post your situation. Please post following on this thread:

We really would like to take an idea of how many pre-IMBRA I-129Fs are pending, so if your's is pending, please post. Thank you soooo much.

I'm new here and still learning the ropes, but add our info if it will help. I received a notice of action for the I-130 on 11/15/2006 (notice date, not received date). And I received a notice of action on the I-129F (spousal) on 01/17/07. I'm getting jealous of all those who got action so quickly. ;-)

You can update my information... I-129f approved on March 2. I beleive it can still reach embassy before my I-130, so I will probably be with my hubby sooner then I have tought... :dance: :dancing:
