Hi every one! No approval but i did get a touch today!!!!!! I feel so happy and blessed with this touch after seeing no action in months on any of our petitions. I hope and will pray really hard tonight that this is the sign of good news soon. I really needed something like this because I have been bonkers lately. Pray for us evey one so that this touch means we will have an approval soon! Thank you to every one for all your support. :star: I really appreciate all of you who have kept me from losing my mind day by day.

Not that this is relevant to the I-129f BUT I have a boggling question. As you all know neither application has been approved but what will happen when the I-130 becomes approved? Where is the interview for the CR1 held? Is it the country where we got married, because we married here in the US. does that mean that I have to pay to send it on to the UK or since we got married here the interview will be in the US regardless? I'm a retard when it comes to this new rule.

Today Im happy. I dont know why but I just feel happy today. It was nice and warn and sunny here in Houston. Im always so happy when its sunny. Alas the cold and rain ceased for a day. I guess Im still overjoyed with the touch from the 20th. Hoping and praying that we have an approval soon. =0)

01/29/07 - DS230 generated (phone system not updated, email response 2/5/07)

02/05/07 - mailed DS-230 to NVC via express mail

02/20/07 - CASE COMPLETE!!

04/18/07 - INTERVIEW!!!! - APPROVED!!!!

Did any one here get a touch on the 20th of Feb and recived and approval in snail mail? I have checked my email and no approval and I guess I was sort of wondering wishing and hoping that something is coming in the mail?=0( I have heard people get approved with no status change or touches they just get the snail mail letter. Sigh.
