Congrats to those who got approved.. lets see who takes the lead for sept.. I just got my case transferred to CSC.. I don't know why? Anyone has any idea?

Hey I notice we have very similar timelines...

My case got transferred to Vermont. The randomness of this thing is mind boggling...

Does this mean, for however many days they were at Chi our cases werent reviewed and they sat somewhere...and now the process starts again? Like the date they sent to whichever service centre is the second 'NOA1'?

Elle - what I was thinking was that maybe the CSC and VSC weren't really working on K3's before, so now we are in a smaller pile and therefore near the top? I HOPE that's true. I guess we'll know soon - mine was transferred on October 4.

No news here yet....but a new status upadate on Oct 27. A notice was returned undeliverable. AGGGG. This is so retarded I get the letters confirming my new address to my home but yet the notice that was sent way after I recived the confirmation letterts confirming my correct address is returned. I called uscis and they said that they dont have nothing in their system that anything was returned on OCT 26 like the online status says.

I received 3 emails this morning telling me that the CSC has received my file... so that's good.. at least I know they didn't lose it..ehehhe

Now I'm just hoping that they approve us ASAP!

My I-130 was approved yesterday, so I am hoping the 1-129f gets approved at some point and some point soon.

Seems there two lists of active K3 petitions. This one seems more complete. You can add us to this list, using new form, NOA1 date of 8/18/2006. Our CR-1 is moving along nicely. Waiting to see if the K3 will beat the CR-1 to the US Embassy. I'm taking bets...hahaha.
