Geez, im feeling lonely on that list. Im at about 130 days now. oh well.

Don't feel too lonely, I'm still waiting too! - since April 5/06. Very frustrating to see people who applied in August and have been approved.!

Gemcote....I really hope you've inquired about the status of your case. I would insist on getting some answers, if I were you!!!

Trust me! I've tried to do several inquiries, however, they keep telling me the same thing. - I'd love to insist - but unless I'm missing something - I believe my fate is in their hands! I can't even say I've filled the forms out wrong or that I've been deliquent in responding. Unfortunately the issue does not lie with me....rather it lies with a system that doesn't really seem to care that your processed on a first come first serve basis. It's almost like your last receipt notice date supersedes your original submission date!

Any suggestions would be grateful!

Hi Dip stick hows case going??

Domini, nothing yet. No news at all. I feel bumed becuase almost every one with my same time line has gone to the next step. All the touches were so missleading. We got so many for the past month and well now its been a little over a month and not even a lil touch a peek or nothing. I cant even sleep or relax as my mind is always thinking about the approval. The lawyer just tells me what I already know, that cuttently USCIS is working on the April I-130 applications .and that the I 129f take 60-180 day before approval. We barely made 60 days so far on the I129F and about 4 months on the I-130. I really miss my husband.

Wonder what ever happened to zimba ?He never told us if he contacted uscis about his progress. Any one know any thing?

Got three emails in the middle of the night. I woke up with the emails in my inbox. I was always expecting to recieve those emails during the day so I was shocked to see first thing in the morning. you know looking at some of the dates around ours I do not think everyone is adding from the same place. We used date of NAO1 and date of NOA2. The actual dates on the forms themselves. THen put them in this website.....
