What record?

If I-130 is at cousulate, K3 is automaticall cancelled. It will be approved but consulate will override the I-130. But, K3s get quicker interview date and in this case your K3 interview will become your CR1 interview. Good Luck.

i have no idea how...but please give us a red line...our K3 was approved today Oct 3, 2006. Thank God!!!

yeah i know 35 days? i woke up this morning and ran to the computer to check and make sure it was not a dream. wow!!! i am in shock. however i humbly pray for all the long timers...pls approve them!!!

he was given vol departure in january 2006

DipSticks....when your case gets approved, your status changes on your USCIS account, and the emails get sent to you at the same time your status is updated.

I was at work when I checked my status on the USCIS website and saw my approval notice. There were 3 emails on my yahoo account at the same time.

Patience is not easy, but absolutely necessary in all this. After 5 months of waiting for news about my I-129F, suddenly, it was approved. I had almost given up on it completely.

I hope you don't have to wait that long for an approval on yours, but keep in mind that once it gets approved, things start to move much faster and easier. You WILL get to the end -- there IS a light at the end of this long, dark tunnel......I promise

Dipsticks -- I just wanted to say no touches or emails doesn't necessarily mean anything - I've heard of lots of people not getting emails or changes on online status - just the letter in the mail.

When my citizenship was approved the only notice I had was the approval letter I really hope you (and everyone else waiting) get approved soon!
