congrats tracy!!!

question??

i already have an approved i130 and its in CDJ(mexico) my husband has a crim record and was given vol departure in january 2006.

do they do backround checks for the I-129???? i dunno if this is what is holding it up or what??? i put his A-# on the application since i know it now.. but on the orig I130 i didnt because he didnt have an A-# then.

i've already waited 77 days with filing the new form... and people who filed just days before me and weeks after me have already been approved... i dont understand....

im also no able to view my case ONLINE and i must be trans to an immigration officer every time i call to inquire on my case!!!!! help!!!!
