Hello everyone! I have been lurking for some time, but time to join in the fun!

I am travelling to Thailand next week and am getting married on October 7. I plan on staying in Thailand until November 5th (really nice honeymoon)!

I am planning on filing for the K3 visa while still in Bangkok. I can send the I-130 via express mail. However, my only issue is filing the 129F requires having the NOA1 from the I-130. As I will file for the I-130 on Oct 8 or 9, the NOA-1 should arrive sometime the following week at my home in the States. However, I will not return home (USA) until early November. Can a copy of the NOA-1 from the I-130 be obtained electronically so that I can file the 129F while still in Thailand?? It would save me a few weeks on getting my sweetheart to the USA!

so now that i know all the k-3's are sent to chicago.. i wonder if they seperate cases onto diff people desks... and maybe some work faster than others???? could this be possible.. how are they going to tell you that they process them in the order they are recieved if that is not TRUE obviously???!!! right???

mayB it just so happened that my application went to the slow person's desk?? just a thought...i hope i'm right.. and that it just didnt get LOST SOMEWHERE!!!!!!!!!

i mean.. this is proof that they DO NOT process in the order they are recieved.... sorry guys.. im just so impatient!!!! seems like my husband will be in mexico for another year!

Dear ojos....see my timeline. I waited for a very, very long time for an approval. Much longer than most. And I'll never know why.

I just have to move on and be glad that I'm free from USCIS. Someday soon, you will be free, too.

Okay My K-3 was received on 9/14 but the online case status says 9/19. I was touched on 9/23 and again yesterday 9/28.

I was wondering that too. Hopefully they simply haven't bothered to update us on the status of their petitions. as much as I would like to have my petition accepted, I would like for those waiting before me to have their petitions accepted first. Seems only fair.

Unfortunately that seems to be the way of things for whatever reason. I can't imagine what it must be like to have a MARCH NOA 1 date and still no resolution. I really hope all those waiting before me get approved soon.

Thank you for your concerns, we dont have the approvel that evry night dont let us sleep peacfully, is a hard feeling to deal with but... I will not give up on my wife, I love her and God will show me the reason why these has taken so long, I will not be affraid, I do need your prayers to be strong, I married for the rest of my life, It took me 31 years to find Monica, I can wait a few Months for her, I know she exists now!!!!, knowing her is the real blessing, been with her is will be the reward for waiting, The best reward that I could ever get in my entire life, so pray, He's lisenting, and He's guiding our lives, pray more for Monica, my wife, she's having a real hard time slepping, she's thinking and stressing to much, GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!!
