Ok so today I see lots of K1 approvals and its like USCIS is against married people I want to cry only one K3 approval =o(

I hear ya -- I look at the timelines for K1's and they do seem to get approved/visa in hand much, much faster then K3 or CR1.... Doesn't really make sense, if I would have known all this beforehand, I might have just waited to get married and gone with the K1... Oh well... hindsight is a ###### :whistle:

They are not touching these cases alot. Some are never touched but get approval in mail. Mine was only touched yestarday for approval.

The very, very last question on the form asks "signature of person preparing the form if other than above". I wrote "N/A", which alot of people have, without problems, but they rejected mineand said they were rejectiing it because it is an invalid signature. So prepared a new form in which I left the last part blank, and they accepted it. So I would say leave it blank.
