Jtobster....that's the best news I've heard all week!!! I've been hoping and praying that the "older" black lines on the list turn to red soon. So glad you're one of them

Dont go for the K-3, it really sucks. It was a nice idea, but they made it such a pain in the neck.

My wife has been here since November and I needed to call an excorsist twice cause being home all alone while trying to work the extra overtime to support her, and she not being allowed to have a job has driven her to insanity.

The I-130 was approved already but we took the K-3 anyways. Arrrrghh!! We just wanted to be together as soon as possible!!

Oh yah, also she just got her EAD yesterday, and its temporary because we called and called and called, and its still in processing. 90 days only mind you!! Then right after we went to the Social Security office, and it will be 4 weeks to get the number. Most employers here are not prepared to enter anything but a SSN. So she is holding a useless piece of plastic.

Hmmmmm. Sorry to hear that my friend but I think and I am sure most people here would agree with me that the pain you are going through now is alot less than what u'd go through while u are seperated. May GOD solve these problems for u as well. Aameen.

I am also praying for Tracyluis and others at top of the list to get approved soon. I recommend you start cotacting lawmakers after labor day weekend. Good Luck everyone.

Thanks ae4ever....but I've given up waiting to be a red line. If the K-3 had gone as hoped, I would be a bit more positive. My strategy now is to get my I-130 through NVC as quickly as possible and on to the Embassy.

But it really all depends on what happens next

I miss my husband terribly, but we're trying to be smart about this whole thing.

Ok. Its great seeing K3 approvals everyday. But all of them are those who sent old I-129F and got, and responded to IMBRA RFE. We must figure out now, how many pre-IMBRA applicantions are still pending. This may tell us when will they start working on new I-129F forms.
