I cant be the sponsor for my husband because I dont have enough income and I have 3 kids. My mom and my stepfather will be the joint sponsor, so in this way it will need the income of 3 persons ( My husband, my mom and my stepfather) or the income of 5 persons ( my self, my husband and 3 kids.)

I'm sorry but I didn't understand what your question was? Are you questioning what to put down for household size? Your children do not have income, right? So you are using a joint sponsor (your mother and step father ) and you need to provide their income information (tax returns, etc) for the affadavit of support. Can you elaborate on what you're asking about?

Ok, I was told with the family size that we have which is me and my husband and the three kids that we have to go by a 5 family income which is $32,237.00 a year which that is $2628.42 a month on the income that I need to make. I know that my kids dont have an income. last year with my taxes I made a little over 2,000.00 and with what I made so far this year is a little over 5,000.00 which sucks. So I was told that I was going to have to get a joint sponsor to make up for that income that is needed. When I called NVC they told me that I could have as many sponsors as I needed to get to that income. But when I talked to an attorney they said that was wrong you could only have one. I know that I have to have tax forms, bank statements, letter from the company that i work for, and what ever else I need. He also told me that they there wouldnt be any problems for the joint sponsor for that fact that they wouldnt have to pay anything back. And he isnt understand why I am having such a hard time trying to find someone. And that you can also use, someone that is retired that is getting S.S. and on unemployment. But you cant use anyone that is getting like SSI for income. so when you add the income that is needed. How do you go about it. Do you just what what you have made to what they have made. To get that income for the year or can you had what you also got back on your tax returns also to what you have earned so far this year. I hope you can understand what I am trying to say. So like where I made a little over the 2,000.00 and made so far from work 5,000.00 could I add all of that together and put that down as my income. And then so the same thing with the joint sponsor. Is there anyway that my mom and step father could just sponsor him as a three person. Or would they have had to fill out the paper work to be able to do that. I have asked family and friends to help and no one is willing to help. Granted im not even sure fully if my mom and step dad would for sure or not they said that they might be able to. My step sister in law said that she would she made over i beleive 23,000.00 on income last year. And has worked some of this year. But got laid off. Is there still any change with what she made this year and with her tax return help me also.
