here is where we at now :crying: my fiance lives in sweden he went to sweden from (IRAQ) his refuge file or case was denied BUT he still lives in sweden as most of us know how the sitiuation in IRAQ is anyhow make long story short . file was denied fiel went to the border police which means that his file is in border police of sweden which they were very very very helpful to us they wrote 2 letters to the UNITED STATE EMBASSY IN SWEDEN explaining to them that they have his file and he is okay to stay in sweden and how my fiance has his passport in hand .. problem is united state embassy insist that my fiance bring a letter from the immagraiton of sweden he went to the office several times they keep telling him that they dont have his file , his file was transfered to the border police and if they say its okay for you to stay then its okay for you to stay . somehow we cant get that through the embassy and everytime we send them an e-mail they say have ur fiance go back home and you can start his application over .. my fiance cant go back to IRAQ AT ALL NO WAY ... WE DONT KNOW WHAT MORE TO DO HERE :crying: PLEASE HELP
