Interesting point Damian and Kelly made about distance from local office.

Transfer to CSC

Local office Houston, TX - 70 miles away

And OP you are correct...the AOS people don't do timelines nearly as faithfully as the K1s.

I live right outside of Philly (20 minutes) in Delaware County, PA

Local office: Philadelphia
