Now im really confused. The fiance instructions off the CDJ website have nothing for ds 157. But im hearung you need it. Under non-immi visas on the CDJ website they have the ds-160 which says is the new form taking over for the DS-150 it also says its not needed for any type of K visa. Im looking at it now and it seems similar to the ds-156. Can someone clarify this for me i dont want my fiance to get to the intervoew and not have this correct. thanks

He will definitely use the DS-156 and DS-156K and not the DS-160. http://ciudadjuarez.usconsulate.gov/fianceforms.html

And you are right, there is nothing there about the DS-157. I would have him download one from here http://www.state.gov/m/a/dir/forms/visa/index.htm fill it out and have it ready.
