So i am slighly concerned I am getting all my papers ready for my fiances upcoming interview in CDJ. in his packet i put a copy of my Work photo id, 3 years taxes, 2 months recent paystubs, Bank account verification letter showing the amounts held, and an income verification from my job. Is this enough or do i also need this i 134? i saw they required it from some people. Thank You

From what I know, Evidence of Support should have:

I-134

Employment Letter

Recent pay stubs (I submitted 4 but only 3 were asked from me.)

Latest ITR (I brought two years just in case.)

Latest W2 (I brought two years just in case.)

You also provide supplementary evidence like:

bank statements

investments

property leases

I would take the trouble to fill out the I-134. I know the CDJ instructions tell you specifically that the I-864 is not required, but they are silent on the I-134. I had everything you have (except work id), plus the I-134. They only asked for the I-134. It's easy to fill out and consolidates everything on one form. CDJ has so many people working there you never know what to expect. It's easy for them to be inconsistent and maybe they are on purpose! Better to be prepared with everything you can think of than not to have the one piece of paper they ask for!
