My brother filled a I-130 petition for me (priority date 4-30-2001), the USCIS already approved and now I am waiting for the NVC to send me something ??? I forgot to mention I overstay my visitor visa since 1990, have a wife(came with me same year) and two US citizen boys. Because my petition was filled on or before Apr 30 2001 I am covered by the 245i the one allow me to get my residency without leaving the country, just by paying a $1000 penalty. I just notice on the state department bulletin board priority date Oct 1, 2001 is being processed. I am not using any lawyer. Would like to know if the NVC will send the form DS-3032 to assign an address for all the correspondence or some kind of instructions. Also would like to know at what moment I have to fille the I-485 form.

Any help would be really appreciated. Congratulations to all getting your visas!!
