Hey everyone. I am in the process of getting the package for the I129-F together, and I am still unsure of my filing center, and the fee. I went to the USCIS Website and one spot said the Vermont Service Center and the other one said Texas, when I entered my zip code. Also...I thought the fees were reduced...? When I check the USCIS Website it still says $455 for the K1. Can ANYONE clear this up. I am getting really confused.

Thank you!

The application is $455. Send a payment with your package, either by check or by money order to the Department of Homeland Security.

Depending on your state, your service center is either Vermont or California. However, as per USCIS website instructions, send your application to the Texas address listed. They will be in charge of the intake and will then forward your application to the proper service center.

Since you stated you live in Florida, I believe your processing center IS Vermont. However, send it to Texas first. :)
