Hi,

I am currently looking into a B2 visa to visit my boyfriend in America, I intend to apply online for it.

I know he is supposed to fill in the Affidavit but where does it get submitted?

I am currently in the UK [[my home country]].

Does he complete the forms, attach relevant documentation and send to me? If so when/what do I do with them?

If not, where does he need to submit? He lives in GA.

For a tourist visa nothing is required from the US resident. A tourist visa is determined based upon the information provided by the person applying.

If you have a UK passport why not just use the VWP?
