CITIZENSHIP

02/23/09 - mailed citizenship papers to Lewisville, TX - priority mail

02/26/09 - received at TX

03/04/09 - Service Center deposits check

03/04/09 - NOA date

03/06/09 - check posted to my account

03/09/09 - NOA received in mail

06/04/09 - called Customer Service - in regards to not receiving bio appointment

06/13/09 - received letter in regards to my inquiry to Customer Service - stating husband had recently missed biometric appointment (never received a notice in mail) - going to be rescheduled - letter dated 06/05/09

06/17/09 - received Notice for biometrics appointment - dated 06/12/09

06/26/09 - Biometrics Appointment - St. Albans, VT

08/20/09 - Received Interview Appointment Letter

10/05/09 - Interview - Albany, NY- PASSED

10/23/09 - Oath Ceremony - Fort Edward, NY

01/28/10 - applied for US Passport

02/19/10 - received back naturalization certificate

02/22/10 - received US Passport

4/20/10- I129F Received at VSC

4/22/10- NOA1 sent from VSC

4/26/10- NOA1 received by Danni

6/28/10- NOA2 Received by text and email at 11:32pm

6/29/10- NVC Received K1 package

7/02/10- NVC packaged K1 to send to embassy (but probably didn't ship till the 6th, due to the holiday weekend)

7/08/10- Algeria Embassy received Package sent from NVC

7/26/10- Received Packet 3 Via Email, after I called them to inquire about it.

8/15/10- Medical Exam 9 am

8/17/10 INTERVIEW!!! Resulted in Admin Review

10/04/10 Embassy Interviewed Hamza's Dad over the telephone

10/06/10 Embassy Interviewed me over the phone

11/30/10 Embassy Emailed Hamza, with approval Notice!!!!!

12/23/10 Finally Visa in hand. Took little under a month from visa approval, till issuance.

12/31/10 Hamza's Flight to the USA!

12/31/10...7:19 PM Hamza Arrived in the US! Best New Years Ever!

2/22/11 Married!!!

The paperwork we received with Packet 3 said that he was to bring $131 USD. So he did. Then today they ask him for $350 and refuse to interview him because he only had the $131 that they told us we had to have. He goes back on Tuesday to interview. He said he's taking all the money he has.

Thanks guys. He took it way better than I did. I guess because I'm American and feel more entitled to my rights. LOL He talked me down last night and made me feel ok. Now, to wait for Tuesday!

Ghani just interviewed. I guess we are on AP. They told him they would review our documents and call him. They gave him a green paper. What does the green paper mean? Anyone know?

He said they asked him MANY MANY MANY questions. About me and our relationship... of course... and about my friends and family... of course... but also about if he's ever seen me naked, if we have sex, when we started having sex and why he wants to marry a fat woman. I'm humiliated.

Thats a damn buillshit ....and what did he say...if i were him i woulda said ..its not any of your bussines and you dont have any damn right to talk about my fiancee like that and no one asked you why did you marry your wife...and leave the damn room n say fck you n fck ur visa but dun ever talk again about my wife like that...
