My girlfriend is practicing filling out her forms and she asked me a few questions that I could not respond too so I am asking for advice. She is from the Phillipines but works in Hong Kong and it is from Hong Kong where she will be filing and where she will be interviewed.

Question 15. asks for a home address. Does she gives her home address in the Philippines or her address in Hong Kong where she is presently at.

Question 16. asks for her home telephone number. Again which telephone number should she enter, her Hong Kong telephone number or her

Philippines number.

Insofar as question 20, since she works as a domestic helper, the address would also be her home address or not.

Please help me. It is very confusing
