Hey everyone, I filed my I-360 and VSC sent me a RFE and a cover letter stating they are getting files from another office. I sent back the Good Moral Character evidence and was received on april 20 2010. I checked online and it says that they will respond within 60 days. After 90 days I called USCIS customer service and they told me to wait 45 days. I haven't heard anything yet and no prima facie. Is this normal? Have anyone experienced this and should I be worried?

Any help is appreciated

Hey Papa,

I had the same type of "issue" I applied for my I-360 in February 4th 2010, got RFE afew weeks later and mailed everything back in May. On May 25th 2010 they recieved my RFE and on the update they wrote that I should wait 60 days and that they will notify me by mail or email if I provided one. On August 25th it's going to be exactly 90 days and I had called customer service a week ago but they just read to me what was on the website. I don't have a Prima Facie but I guess that depends on how your paper work was filed. I think I didn't get one because my I-130 was already approved before I filed the I-360. I also have an EAD from that previous I-485 application which actually was pending when I filed the I-360. So I will tell you what I have read from people so far here in this forum,...be patient and wait, they will respond someday. I observed the wait period to be between 7-24/36 months, some even longer. It's very hard to be patient but there is nothing else you or I can do but wait. I hope this helps.

Godbless.
