GETTING WORRIED!!! No NOA2 for the I-130 and we are on month 4 of waiting!!!!

My husband and I filed for the I-130 at the end of March and received our NOA1 on April 2nd. We have been expecting to hear something all summer and have heard nothing!!!! I am getting so frustrated and so is he. He is living in Niagara Falls (Canada side) and working there so that we can see eachother as much as possible (I live in Rochester, NY). The worst part is...we are still waiting for NOA2 and then we have to complete all the other things in the process before an interview date and who knows when that will be! I just want my husband here :(

Anyone else on the same timeline and getting worried???

Please have your official 'freak out' on or after Day 180 from the printed 'receipt date' on the I-797-C, Receipt Notice.

Until then, hey !!! sssssssssh be patient !!!! Could take 5 months, maybe 6, maybe 4 - no one knows until it 'hits'.

Relax !!! Please?

re: same timeline - hey ! find the April CR-1 group here, check in with them

or

use the timeline function, do some sorting... get some gist of what's going on for those with April Receipts.
