Hi :D

We are planning on sending my papers works tomorrow for my AOS. But, we wanna make sure that we did the right thing as far as documents and proofs. What kind of proofs should we send? Please help...

06.28.10 | Mailed AOS Package (I-130, I-485, I-765)

06.29.10 | Package Received at Chicago Lockbox

06.30.10 | Received Email & Text NOAs

07.07.10 | Money Orders cashed

07.08.10 | NOA-1 Hard Copies received in the mail

07.13.10 | Biometrics letter received; scheduled for 07/22

07.14.10 | Successful Biometrics walk-in

07.15.10 | Touched: I-130,I-485 & I-765 (cases online)

07.16.10 | Touched: I-130,I-485 & I-765

The OP is adjusting from a K3 and is therefore not submitting an I130 at this time. They already did.

I saw your post in another thread with this same error. I suggest you do some reading and stop giving out incorrect and misleading information.

I apologize for not reading OP"S status, but i advice you not to be overly rude with everyone!! There are many incidents where people gave wrong info and were not exact in answering the questions.Were you sleeping at that time or what? Even if you are a moderator,You don't have any right to be rude with people as you don't own this website.Please be polite with people.People do make mistakes.You are not perfect,right? We are all just trying to get through this "journey" and I was trying to help and now I am being attacked. We are all here for the same purpose to have the one that we love immigrate and love for the rest of our lives. I am here for that purpose and I was just trying to help someone achieve that dream as well. I am shocked that people here are now insulting me and telling me not to post in this forum.

I'm not sure where I insulted, attacked, was rude, or told you not to post here. I told you that you should have all the information before you post. That is the truth and I would say it straight to you. If you feel that TOS has been violated, please report me. I think I have been very civil and to the point.

Anything else you think is in my posts, you read in.

I will restate that we should not be giving out misleading information. It's find not to know everything, but not a good idea to post if you aren't sure.

You didn't. She posted the same incorrect answer to another K1 AOS'ers question and was told this is a K1 AOS thread/forum and that this information isn't valid in this forum.

Everyone's assistance is welcomed, but as I said (in that previous instance), everyone needs to check the forum and check the OP's filing status (or timeline) before replying to ensure that the information given is correct and relevant to their situation.
