NEED AN ADVICE ASAP PLEASE!

Hi there i need an advice ASAP,i have a 4 year old daughter she's living in the Philippines together with her AMERICAN father,i give birth with her in the Philippines,her dad (also my ex bf) is living there as a tourist only since 2005 but he is just paying his extension visa and travel back here in US once in every 2 years but right now i am not really sure if he still does the same thing but i'm sure his not married to a Filipina there, Anyway i broke up with him 2006 when our daughter was 3 months old,i broke up because he had a lots of girls bringing in our apartment etc. i couldn't take it anymore.So he was the one who asked me to leave the house and our daughter i tried to fight with my rights like going back to his apartment to visit my daughter but he doesn't want me to go and see my daughter,he told me that his going to kill me and my entire family if i attempt to go and see our daughter,i couldn't file a case against him because i needed money to pay the lawyer etc.and i don't have it and i don't even have a job,anyway i was confident that my daughter is in the good hand because my cousin is the one taking care of her during that time (nanny),but my cousin is not longer there anymore since 2007.So since my daughter was 3 months old up to now that she was 4 years old i never heard any updates not even send me any pics. of my daughter.His been moving a house everytime i found out where is he staying in Philippines.

Anyway after 1 year i met another guy which is my husband now and we got married last year and i am here now in US and still in the process of my greencard. Anyway i tried to contact and send my ex an email every once in a while and see if his going to reply but i didn't got any reply from him...

So last night i was surprise when he added me in my Facebook account and he chatted with me because he need something,and he said that he needs/wants me to sign in some papers for our daughter to be able to have a Passport so that they can travel my daughter abroad,he said he wants my cellphone no.,my address here in US also the copy of my passport and visa. I told him would you give me some time to think because i feel like your rushing me or something and i said you just contact me now because of it and u wanted to be done that quick and i said do you think its fair to me,and he said that it's better to have it done as soon as we can because it will benefits our daughter,because next year she's gonna go to school,so i talked to my husband during that time while i was talking to my ex, i asked an advice,permission etc. and he said well before you sign the papers make sure you tell him ( my ex) for us to have an agreement paper for visitation rights or something,so anyway thats what i told my ex that i need that letter,and he said how are we gonna do that if we don't even know yet if we were gonna be in US or just in ASIA,and i said i don't care wherever you guys go i really need to have agreement with you in written and i said it's hard to make a deal verbal nowadays and he said it depends on the people ,and i told him exactly it depends on the people and since i don't trust you i need to have a written agreement.And he said ok i will tell the lawyer to send you that letter together with the papers that you need to sign..so i was guessing it's probably coming this week or next week.Now here's my questions:

Did i do the right thing about giving him my address and phone number?

Why does he need the copy of my passport and visa is it really needed?

Any ideas what it tells in the Agreement letter? does it also tells you a notification if my daughter is coming here in US or whatever country she's going?

What do you think about the papers that i am going to sign?

If your in my situation what are you going to do?

I really need an answer for those who have an experience like this and for those people who can provide an answer.
