Clarification of Fees (AOS,EAD,AP)

Hi guys! I just wanted to clarify the fees if correct or not: AOS is $1010, EAD is $340 and AP is $305. I just got married 3 weeks ago and came to US as K1 Visa. I just wanna make sure before filing my application. According to what I've read, i must only pay for $1010 and thats including EAD and AP already? The reason why i asked this is because im still confused and i need your advice regarding this matter. Thank you for your help and good luck to all of us and more power to VJ!

Those are consular fees. Not USCIS fees.

To the OP - yes, you pay only $1010. The EAD and AP are free if you file the applications concurrently with the AOS application.

12/15/2009 - K1 Visa Interview - APPROVED!

12/29/2009 - Married in Oakland, CA!

08/18/2010 - AOS Interview - APPROVED!

05/01/2013 - Removal of Conditions - APPROVED!

Those are for visas, not AOS.

The fee for AOS is $1010, no additional fee for AP or EAD when filed with AOS.
