I just sent out our aos and they wanted the medical form but I thought all that was sent when my husband handed over the sealed envelope at the airport. We sent in all the copies of the x-rays and vaccinations and I hope that good enough. does anyone know if that will be denied?

no, he had all his vaccinations and x-rays done in morocco. I dont see why he would have to have them done again he came here in april of this year and had his medical done in march. I hope that is good enough

did you have the vaccination supliment done here in the US by a cival surgeon???

That is the only bit you have to do all the other info is in the sealed envelope that you gave in at POE...

caregiver4ever.... have you read the gulde at the top of the forum about doing AOS.....

You need to take the record of vaccination already done in your home country to a cival surgeon and get them transfered to form I-693A that needs to be filed with AOS...

Please read the Guides then you will have a better understanding of what needs to be done...

Vaccination suppliment is Form I-693A that you get from the cival surgeon here in the States.... you take the vaccination report to the cival surgeon and he/she completes the I-693A and puts it in a seal envelope which you then send along with your AOS forms to USCIS....

It says i need to submit a vaccination suppliment. What does that mean. I hope it means copy of vaccination report because thats what we sent

Did your husband get a copy of his vaccination worksheet from the doctor who gave him his medical in Morocco? If so, what did you do with it?

There's a chance that you might not get an RFE.

When Pamela filed her I-485, we didn't know what do do at this stage. We didn't get any copies of the vaccinations she received at the consulate doctor and her results were given to the immigration at the POE when we arrived in the states.

We didn't see why we'd have to get another supplement when she got all the shots she needed at the doctor in Brazil that we didn't get the supplement. I read from another VJer, who wrote a letter stating he didn't have copies of his medical exam and the results were given to immigration at the POE. We decided to do the same thing and Pamela never received an RFE. Whether we were lucky or not, Pamela and the VJer didn't receive an RFE and were approved for their GC's.

So all you can do is sit back and wait and maybe you won't get an RFE.

Good luck!
