After submitting DS 230 form, how long is the wait for interview letter?

First you must be approved for the IV package and the AOS package.

Once both are approved at the NVC your case is officially complete and they will start coordinating with the New Delhi Embassy to come up with an interview date.

This will probably take a few weeks or longer - and once they have assigned you an interview date, they will email you the interview letter.

Looking at other New Delhi timelines it is about 2 months from the day your case is complete at the NVC.

I sent over my AOS and DS230 over around the same time you did, and when I called them the "nice" NVC Customer service rep told me it could take 6-8 weeks to review the papers, and hung up on me. So in my opinion they are required to tell you the time frame BUT i believe its better stated "upto 6-8 weeks"
