I am US Citizen ..I just filed I-130 for my parents in Pakistan.

I have 2 sisters who are underage (15 and 17 yrs old) and I have mentioned about them in I-130 form as well.

My 2 sisters who are underage would also be able to come with parents when they get their visa approved ?

if NOT .. then what will be the fastest way to bring them ?

How long does USCIS usually take to cash the money order, I applied like 2 and half week ago my money order is still not cashed.

Once your parents 130s approved and they will get there IR5 visa to come US and then they will receive GC. Your under age sisters will not able to get visa under same 130s. There are 2 options for you now, Once your parents come to US, they can file 130s for your sisters next day, once petitions approved and your sisters are still under age they will come soon. Now days visa for minor taking about 1 -2 years. 2nd option for you to file sibling, but it will take about 8-10 years.

Parents I 130 take approx 3 - 5 months to approved.

they have to wait until they get their GC to file for their children, they can't file next day. and it will take around 2 years.

aleful , yes any IR5 visa holder can file for their children, once they enter to US. They dont have to wait for GC. Upon arrival boder officer will stamp the passport and will also write a number on the passport. That number is A number.

What Documents Do You Need to Show That You Are a Permanent Resident?

If you are a permanent resident, you must file your petition with a copy of the front and back of your permanent resident card. If you have not yet received your card, submit copies of your passport biographic page and the page showing admission as a permanent resident, or other evidence of permanent resident status issued by USCIS or the former INS.

Your parents should be getting their green cards about 2-7 weeks after they enter the US. They can file the I-130s for your sisters then.

Hi ,

I have a question here. I am planning to file I130 for my parents. But I am confused with the Birth certificate problem. They were born india before partition and then moved to pakistan. They don't have their BC. What about your parents? Did they have BC with them?

Thanks

Your parents need to get lettlers from local authority saying that since xyz were born in India and migrated to Pakistan no brith record available.

2: Also provide school record etc showing their birth date...

3: Also provide a statement from a family mameber (like your parents age)saying that their birth age is xxxx.

If you read I130 instarctions they mention very clear what to provide incase such docs no available, please read..
