Hello everyone I am new here. A little bit about me I am in the Navy and my fiance lives in England. I am due to deploy to the east come september through march. Im trying to get Kim's K-1 finshed before I leave so she can do all of her stuff with the U.S. Embassy in London so she can move here next march and we will get married in June. So while trying to put together the package I had a couple of questions. First the VJ K-1 guide number 4. states a declaration of how you met on a seperate page then the I-129 form. Well what if all of that info fit in the box on the I-129 form? Is it still a must to write the letter as well? Next is a questions that alot of you may not know unless you are military. After the package comes back which I will probably not be here for btw. I will have it sent to her by my friend that is watching my things. The I-134 form can this just be your LES? Thats what we use as a pay stub in the military. Thank you very much for your help.

Thank you for your service! Kinda new to here too...but reading the forum and guides...your LES is your paystub so you should be good with that...you may also need your old W-2's or past tax statements. As far as the I-129F...as long as it fits in the box you should be good and won't need to have a separate page. Good Luck! Fair Winds and Following Seas!

I only used the box to describe how we first met, lived together, and then all my visits in the last 2 years. They really care about meetings in the last 2 years but I including all meetings in brief over 4 years. I was able to fit this all in the box and did not need an extra sheet. And our visa was approved. IMO I think they make the box small on purpose so people are forced to be concise.

Just be specific and to the point answering the question. This is a qualification question for the petition to be approved and your fiancé will most likely be asked the same question during her interview.

And thank you for your service!

Thank you as well it seems like everyone on here is so helpfull I really apprecaite that. I kinda figured that was the case. I also Im kinda starting to realize that being as Kim comes from a regular English family and I am in the military this whole process may be pretty cut and dry. At least that is what I have heard anwyays.
