Guys,

Do you think that if it is move 5 week then my PD would be current.

I am saying because NVC rules for moving dates are (1,8,15,22).

If next PD move to 8 Jan 2001 then we can say that movement will be a 5 weeks and 2 days.

Please let me know your thoughts.

ohh...so u have source from nvc...

Humm..but personally i dont believe that coz Department of state. Publish visa bulletin...not nvc.

But lets see wt happens.

Hope it will be 8 january 2001......

Yeah Vb issue by DOS but u lil bit wrong...cuz Dos received documentarily qualified aplicant demand from NVC....AND demand limit prescribe by everymonth by Dos...

yeah kishr bro you r absloutly ri8 cuz if vb move 5weeks in june then date 'll 5jan but Dos movement is different 1,8,15,22 ..so hope 8jan01 waiting for us..

brother case...

There are two petition in our

family and PD is 30may02...and

coming november2012 my

cousine will b turn 21 and my

brother will turn 21 march2013.,

and our cases are documentarily

qualified since 2011..

their iv fee and ds.230 are

submited to nvc then plz tell me

can their age be freez or if our

pd current then their age 'll b

fareez?? I mean then they 'll b

procted under cspa..

Plz ans my question

Hello everyone..

NVC says that they are scheduling my appointment for visa..they say that they have not yet finished scheduling the coming May month...Is there any possiblity that I get my interview scheduled in the month of May-2012 :help: .....My case is complete at NVC on 12th-April 2012.

DS230 package sent on April 4th 2012...

PD in 1998

NVC finshed reviewing package IV on 12th april 2012.

Visa approved on June 5th 2012
